Builds a combat turret.
DT Cobra is a vehicle part in Crossout.
Activating the deployer will spawn a turret. Only one turret can be active per deployer, and the cooldown for a deployer won't start until it's corresponding turret is destroyed. The arrow on top of the deployer is the direction the turret will spawn with respect to the vehicle. By default, the arrow faces towards the front of the vehicle but can be changed by rotating the deployer in build mode.
Turrets have a brief delay upon spawning before attacking and have a timed life. Turrets will lock onto an enemy in its line of sight and attack automatically. Turrets don't have much health, but have a fairly long range and high burst damage. If a Turret deployer is destroyed while its turret is active, its corresponding turret will also be destroyed.
Turret deployers are usually the main focus of the build. A fast vehicle with 3-4 Turret deployers allows the player to secure a perimeter with turrets and then flee. The player will need to be careful not to be caught off guard while the deployer(s) are recharging.
Turrets are weak to players that have machine guns because they can be easily taken out from a distance or during the turret's brief delay after spawning. Turrets are effective against wasps, melee builds, cannons, and slow vehicles that have difficulty turning/escaping.
