Changes: Movement

Movement parts are what keeps your vehicle moving. They can be divided into two:

Wheels provide good speed and maneuverability, but require a separate set of steering (ST) wheels to move.
Tracks limit maximum speed, but are self-steering and much more resilient than wheels.
Hovers provide above averege speed and manuverablity, however they do not hold one spot very well.
legs compensate for recoil and enemy projectile impulse, but heavily limit maxium speed
